Paul Mackin, Chief Operator Officer
Paul Mackin serves as an executive advisor on telecommunications networks,
telecommunications operations and information systems. An educator, coupled with skills
as an IS Executive and senior technical architect, he offers clients an integrated approach to telecommunications networks, enterprise networks and systems, OSS/BSS systems, data centre design and Information Systems management. Educated at Ryerson University, York University, with an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business Mr. Mackin has been involved in the Telecommunications Industry for over fifteen years and has twenty five years experience in high technology. |

Michael Barron , Technical Engineer Lead
Michael Barron is a Principal Consultant with the Mackin Gibson Consulting Group. His roles in Systems Architecture, Security, Project Management, and focus on delivery have been successful in the Telecommunications Industry, Higher Education and in many Enterprise environments. Mr. Barron obtained his degree in Electrical Engineering at Ryerson University and has also recently completed his MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. Mr.Barron has been working in the Telecommunications and Information Technology for 19 years. He has specific experience in the design and implementation of various network infrastructure technologies for Wide Area Network (WAN) and LAN including xDSL, ATM, Frame Relay, ISDN, SONET, Voice Over IP, MPLS, VPN, VLAN design with Multilayer Switching, and Security design. Experience, coupled with specific technical industry training has kept Mr. Barron current with the evolving technologies. |
